Sisterhood of the World Bloggers

I was honored to be included in this post by the lovely Randi.  Her blog was an inspiration for me to create my own, so I’m tickled pink to see her loving mine!

I would like to pass this along to two of my favorite blogs to read and follow!

1. What is your favorite item of clothing you own?

This is a tough question!  I can’t pick just one.  So I guess I’ll have to include a few of my favorites.

My current favorite shoes are my Reva Tumbled Tory Burch ballet flats in royal tan.  They’re the perfect staple for your wardrobe and can be worn with pretty much anything!  Once I got them broken in, they’re super comfortable!

I have an attachment to a pair of leggings I bought last fall from The Line Women’s Boutique.  I wore them all of the time, and I’m getting ready to pull them out of my closet again!

2. What is your favorite thing to blog about?

Fashion!  I figured my Instagram friends were getting sick and tired of my #ootd posts, so my daily outfit composites were another inspiration to start blogging!

3. Where is one place you want to travel and why?

Europe.  I’ve been to practically every state in the U.S., but the closest I’ve been to international is Canada.  Hopefully, once I’m done being a full time student I can get some more traveling in!

4. What is your favorite way to exercise? – Looking for some inspiration here!

As per a blog post, I LOVE LOVE buti yoga.  I’ve only done it once, but would love to make it a frequent thing.  There are only a few places locally that offer the classes, and they are unfortunately on nights I have other obligations.

I used to run all the time.  It’s crazy how once you stop how deconditioned you become.  I’m going to try to force myself to make time this fall for running consistently.

5. What did you study in school? How did you pick a major?

I graduated from Saint Vincent College with a bachelor of science in biology.  My intent was to minor in Spanish, but with cheerleading, working, and keeping good grades, I fell a few credits shy of doing this!

As far as choosing my undergraduate major, I just knew I liked science and math.  I had a freshmen seminar biology course when I started college, I fell in love, and the rest is history.

6. What’s your dream job?

I’ve had many “dream jobs” throughout my life ranging from a princess, to a teacher, and as most of you know a doctor.  After 25 years of exploration, I realize my parents were so right when they told me that you never really know what you want to be when you grow up.  I’m passionate about a ton of things.  Right now I’m chasing my dream of being a nurse anesthetist.  However, part of me wishes after high school I would have moved to New York to study fashion design (perhaps due to my recent gossip girl binging, eh?).

7. If you had to give me one piece of advice what would it be?

Randi, never change.  You are truly the all-American girl.  You have the world at your hands.  I always loved you and thought you had such a good head on your shoulders.  Plus, in a lot of ways you’ve always reminded me of myself.

8. What is one of your favorite memories from this year?

This is another tough one, especially since my year has been consumed by working and school.  I’d have to say though seeing Taylor Swift’s 1989 tour is a night I will most certainly never forget!

9. What’s your go to fall outfit?

Leggings or skinny jeans, an oversized cardigan, riding boots, and a statement necklace!

10. Link to your favorite blog post that you’ve written.

Keep on Dreaming even if it Breaks your Heart

Thanks again to Randi for the nomination.  Until next time love bugs.
